About The Role

We are looking for a sharp and proactive Senior Associate – Business Finance to join our DSP (Demand Side Platform) business unit. The ideal candidate is a finance professional who brings strong analytical rigour, business acumen, and a natural curiosity to improve how finance operates using modern tools and technology.

This is an AI-first role — in the ability to leverage AI assistants, agents, and automation platforms to amplify impact, reduce grunt work, and enable data-driven decisions at scale. You'll be at the center of financial planning, business partnering, and process optimization—with smart tools by your side.

Key Responsibilities

Business Finance & Partnering

• Act as a trusted finance partner for the DSP business, working closely with product, revenue, and operations teams.
• Support planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting), and deliver insights into business performance.
• Analyze financial trends, identify variances, and recommend actionable interventions.
