About the Role-

We are looking for a visionary Head of Corporate Communications to lead our global brand narrative and communications strategy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of Marketing, PR, and Ad-Tech expertise, with a proven track record of shaping impactful stories that resonate across audiences and markets. This role demands strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex business objectives into compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
  • Lead all aspects of external communication, including media relations, press releases, thought leadership, and crisis management.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across marketing, product, and leadership communication.
  • Develop and strengthen the company’s executive visibility and thought leadership through industry forums, interviews, and publications.
  • Oversee internal communications, ensuring alignment, transparency, and cultural cohesion across global teams.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with media houses, publishers, and industry influencers.
  • Drive brand storytelling across digital, PR, and content platforms to enhance awareness and reputation.
  • Track communication KPIs and continuously refine strategies based on performance and perception metrics.

Requirements-

  • Extremely strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the Ad-Tech industry .
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing-driven PR and communication strategies.
  • Global experience in managing communications across international markets is highly beneficial.
  • Experience in or exposure to a Publisher background will be an advantage.
