About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a keen understanding of how to attract top talent across various domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Requirements :
2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in IT or tech hiring).Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.What We Offer :
