Work Timings / Shift : 3PM to 12 AM

WFH / Hybrid / WFO : Hybrid (Work from office 3 to 4 days a week)

Job Description (Job Summary / Roles & Responsibilities) :

The Application Architect will play a key role in guiding development teams through architecture design, technical troubleshooting, and solution implementation. This role involves close collaboration with Scrum teams to support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and technical discussions. The ideal candidate will also lead research initiatives and proof-of-concept projects to identify system upgrade opportunities and explore innovative technologies.

• Collaborate with development teams to design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
• Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Conduct research and lead proof-of-concept efforts to evaluate emerging technologies and modernization strategies.
• Promote architectural best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
