Reliance Infrastructure - NetSuite & OneSource Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite & OneSource Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between finance / tax teams and technical teams, ensuring seamless ERP and tax configuration operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP and OneSource tax solutions, with strong business process analysis skills and the ability to drive enhancements, testing, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary liaison between finance / tax stakeholders and technical teams for NetSuite and OneSource.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation.
• Configure and validate tax rules, jurisdictions, and rates within OneSource (Indirect Tax focus).
• Collaborate on tax determination logic to ensure accurate transaction tax postings in NetSuite.
• Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution for ERP and tax-related processes.
• Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams and translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Provide regular project status updates and coordinate across impacted business units.
• Support finance operations during critical periods such as month-end and quarter-end closes.
