Cluster Manager - Digital Marketing

We are looking for :

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Cluster Manager to lead and execute multi-channel strategies across regions. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven campaigns.

What you will do :

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for multiple clusters.
Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to track and report performance.

Experience & Qualifications :

Experience : 5-6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and paid media.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Education : Bachelors / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
