DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES :
Preparation & Managing Fee Collections
Admissions Procedure
Preparation of Master data (Collection, Student Master, Refund, Scholarship)
Fee Dues updating collection
Bank Reconciliation - Fee collection Bank Accounts
Reconciliation & Preparation of School Book Balance sheet (Review of Trial Balance, Inter Branch accounts, Revenue, Advance, Refund Ledger, Receivables reconciliation, Indirect Income, Direct Expenses of Schools Book
Good knowledge in MS Excel Dashboard Preparation
Data preparation of monthly MIS for All fees (Tuition, Hostel Transport & other fee collection)
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills & Coordination with the internal department relating to student quires
Familiarity with refund policies and documentation standards for validations of Refunds & Stipend documents
Ability to work independently & collaborative across department
Handling of Audit queries and Preparation of schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS :
B. Com, MBA-Finance, Any post-graduation
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS :
Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Overall Accounting procedure.
Good Accounting knowledge.
Candidate should have strong excel, word and ERP skills.
Good communication skills.
