Junior Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Architect 4 to 5 years, located in Mumbai.

An Architect with a flair for designing and innovation, who is ready to stretch the boundary to get superior designs.

The architect will assist with architectural design, project planning, and development in alignment with the firm’s focus on biophilic principles . Responsibilities include developing design concepts, collaborating with team members, ensuring project integration with engineering disciplines, and maintaining quality during site visits for execution. The role also involves coordinating with team members, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure progress and adherence to timelines. Preference for experience in Healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent from reputable colleges)
• Proficiency in Architectural Design
• Understanding of Integration with engineering disciplines such as structural, mechanical, and environmental systems
• Familiarity with architectural and 3D softwares. eg- CAD, Lumion, Sketchup etc.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork skills
• Experience with HEALTHCARE projects design is an advantage
