We're seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead and build technical initiatives that will reshape how businesses sell on Amazon. Our team is passionate about learning and building advanced solutions using GenAI and Agentic AI to help B2B sellers optimize their operations and drive growth.

As a Senior Software Development Engineer on our AB 3P Tech team, you'll lead highly technical, entrepreneurial teams building distributed systems that power the B2B selling experience. You'll drive end-to-end development from design to delivery, make strategic technology decisions, and mentor engineering talent. Your team will own critical systems spanning from Seller Central to Amazon Business detail pages, cart, and checkout for merchant-fulfilled offers.

Key job responsibilities

Senior Software Engineer Role - Technical Leadership :

As a technical leader, you'll design and implement scalable solutions while driving architectural decisions for high-performance systems. Your expertise in Web Services, APIs, and Micro-Services architecture will be crucial in building reliable, AI-enabled systems. You'll apply industry-leading design patterns and coding practices to ensure exceptional solution quality.

Team Impact & Collaboration :

Your role extends beyond technical delivery to mentoring team members and driving their professional growth. You'll partner with stakeholders and offshore teams, translating business requirements into technical deliverables. Good communication skills are essential as you'll interact with users, technical teams, and senior management to gather requirements and articulate technical designs and strategy.
