The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP Ariba Consultant with deep expertise in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) downstream process. In this client-facing role, you will be a key driver in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing solutions for our diverse portfolio of clients. You will leverage your technical and functional knowledge to solve complex business challenges, ensuring seamless integrations and delivering tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for all P2P downstream processes, providing guidance and best practices to both clients and internal teams.
• Configure and troubleshoot the Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) to ensure seamless and reliable integration with client ERP systems (e.g., SAP S / 4HANA, ECC).
• Design, implement, and maintain complex approval flows and workflows based on client governance structures and policies.
• Manage and configure system settings for tax, payment terms, and invoicing rules to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
• Lead solution testing cycles, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring the delivered solution is robust and fit for purpose.
• Provide post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and training to client stakeholders and end-users.
