Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of campus / early-careers hiring experience in India (preferably product / tech / GCC).
• Proven multi-city campus execution and high-volume drive management.
• Strong storytelling & stakeholder management; comfort with dashboards and data.
• Experience running hackathons, ambassador programs, or return-offer playbooks (it’s a plus).
• Exposure to skill-based / AI-assisted assessments and structured interviews (it’s a plus).
• Experience hiring across multiple functions (engineering, analytics, finance, supply chain) (it’s a plus).

What you’ll do
