What’s the Opportunity?
We’re looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Specialist to support our rapidly expanding global teams and help grow the people engine behind Office Hub.
If you love juggling recruitment pipelines, HR queries, onboarding, policy tracking and keeping a global, high-energy crew organised — this is your moment.
What You’ll Own (and Rock) :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across 7 global locations : sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and coordinating offers
- Keep our HR systems tidy, updated and humming
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries across multiple time zones
- Support and track HR policies, compliance requirements, leave, documentation and processes
- Help onboard new starters with professionalism (and some OH flair!)
- Assist in people and operations projects
- Keep our global Leadership team informed, organised and moving in sync
- Protect and champion our culture : fun, fast and team-first
Who Are We Looking For?
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent operations
- A brilliant communicator
- Someone with global or multi-market recruitment experience (or excited to learn!)
- A super organiser;
fast, accurate, and allergic to messy data
- Confident, positive, approachable
- Loves the chaos of growth, change and scaling
- A natural problem solver with a “let me fix that” attitude
