About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive . The role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business development within IT recruitment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT recruitment.
- Research and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align client requirements with candidate pipelines.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly lead generation and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and business activity in CRM tools.
Requirements :
1–3 years of experience in Business Development , preferably in IT Recruitment / Staffing industry .Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in early shift timings (5 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM IST).Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM / lead generation tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
