Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pollachi for a Senior Field Officer. The Senior Field Officer will manage client relationships, identify and evaluate loan applicants, and ensure compliance with company lending processes. Responsibilities include conducting field visits to assess applicant credibility, maintaining accurate documentation, completing loan disbursement processes, and ensuring timely loan recovery. The role will also require close collaboration with various teams to achieve business targets and retain customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, customer relationship management, and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in field operations, loan evaluation, and credit analysis
• Experience in documentation, compliance with financial processes, and data accuracy
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with vehicle finance or lending practices is advantageous
• Proficiency in using administrative and analytical tools
• Resilience, accountability, and the ability to work independently on-site
• Previous background in financial services or related fields is preferred, alongside a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
