Job descriptionArchitect and implement solutions using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews. Optimize application performance, accessibility, and security. Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and drive continuous Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building. Ensure timely delivery of UI components and integration with backend services. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8–10 years of frontend development experience with a proven track record of Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, or similar). Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems. Familiarity with CI / CD, Git workflows, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and Experience in healthtech, medtech, or IoT-based platforms. Knowledge of TypeScript and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerized environments. Experience with design systems and UI / UX collaboration tools (Figma, Zeplin). Opportunity to design and lead UI for healthcare solutions impacting millions.
