Sales Engineer - Actual User Business
Role Overview :
- To handle given grid customers with complete ownership.
- Sales target to achieve for grid customers.
- ISDBs and SSDBs to be done for grid customers.
- Fully involved for their service and commercial issues for further resolution.
- Resolution of overdue payments of the grid customers.
- Coordinate with HO support divisions and provide appropriate services in terms of offer submission, order processing, commercial and service related issues.
- Extensive traveling to visit all the grid customers per Quarter.
- Update Call schedules, call reporting in the system.
- Review offer base on a continuous basis and provide months Fresh and Booking order projections.
- Coordinate with Branch admin and HO support functions for order booking and Payment collection.
One seminar at Grid customer area per year.
3 presentations at grid customers place every quarter.Emailers for the new application and products to Grid customers.Attend minimum one training for updating his / her profile and competencies.Purpose of the Role : Effective coverage of customers to sustain and enhance the Actual User Business.Key Responsible Areas : The candidate will be responsible for Actual User grid customers.
Key Skills : Knowledge of Pressure, temperature, and level transmitters for monitoring and control, etc.
Qualification and Requirements : Bachelors in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum experience of 4 - 5 years.
