Key Responsibilities :
Oversee complete bakery production and daily operations
Develop new bakery items, recipes, and seasonal menus
Maintain product quality, consistency, hygiene, and safety standards
Manage inventory, production planning, and cost control
Train and supervise the bakery team
Ensure smooth coordination with the central kitchen and management
Requirements :
10–15 years of experience in Bakery / Pastry
Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role
Strong technical knowledge in artisan breads, viennoiserie, and bakery products
Creative, quality-focused, and strong team leadership skills
Hiring : Sous Chef – Pastry
We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef – Pastry to support our pastry kitchen operations and assist the Executive Pastry Chef.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing day-to-day pastry production
Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all pastry items
Support recipe development and new product creation
Maintain hygiene, safety, and production standards
Supervise, guide, and train junior pastry staff
Manage inventory, production logs, and wastage control
Requirements :
6–10 years of experience in Pastry / Bakery
Strong technical skills in desserts, cakes, and bakery items
Good leadership and team-handling abilities
Creativity and attention to detail
