Exp- 2- 3 yrs ( Working as a Recruiter from a Recruitment Consultancy Background)

Qualification- Any Graduate /   Post Graduate

Location - Kolkata (local only)

About The Job

Roles & Responsibilities :

Must have Experience in End-End Recruitment dealing with IT & Non- IT

Must have Experience in Sourcing through Job Portals - Naukri / Monster / Linkedin & Other  Social Media.

Must have done Mass- Mail / Job Postings & Boolean Searches

Must have done 50- 60 Calls a day for Sourcing  (Screening,  Sourcing & Schedule calls and interviews.)

Should have work as an Individual Contributor  can also look at broadening their horizons by adding the Role of Talent Sourcing Screening Role to their portfolio

Must have Strong Convincing & Follow -up with Candidates

Will be working on recruitment mandates given by Internal Stakeholders in 2COMS Group.

Requirements

Strong English Communication

Strong Technical & Non-Technical Skills

Note- Should have Laptop / Desktop with good Net Connectivity.

Office Timimgs- 9 : 30 - 6 : 30 PM / Alternate- Saturday (2nd & 4th ) Off  & Sunday Off
