We are hiring for the position of Internal Corporate Recruiter (Work from Office role).

Location : Kolkata (Local candidates preferred)

About the Role :

Roles & Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media platforms.
• Conducting mass mailing, job postings, and Boolean searches.
• Making 50–60 calls per day for sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Working as an Individual Contributor and handling full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong candidate engagement, follow-ups, and offer management.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders for recruitment mandates within 2COMS Group.

Requirements

Experience : 2–3 years (Recruitment Consultancy background mandatory)

Qualification : Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Office Timings :

9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM

(Alternate Saturdays Off – 2nd & 4th, Sunday Fixed Off)
