Job descriptionLead end-to-end R2R processes including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Financial Closing. Configure and optimize SAP FICO modules within S / 4HANA. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Manage integrations with other SAP modules (MM, SD, TRM) and third-party systems. Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP and internal controls. Guide cross-functional teams, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions. Support project delivery, cutover planning, testing, and go-live activities. 7+ years of SAP Finance experience with at least 3+ years in a Lead role. Strong expertise in SAP FICO and R2R processes; S / 4HANA experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or IT (Master's / Certification is a plus). Strong communication and leadership skills to manage global stakeholders. Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes. Be part of a global finance transformation journey.
