This is a high-impact, Lead role designed for a skilled Solution Consultant who will be the primary driver of our partner ecosystem's success. This individual will serve as the primary pre-sales solution advisor for our strategic partners, guiding them through the sales cycle and ensuring they are equipped to position and sell our platforms. This role has a special focus on a joint, AI-powered offering with a key SaaS partner.This role requires a unique blend of deep foundational solution consulting skills, strategic partner management, and a hands-on, deal-closing mentality. You will act as a trusted advisor to both our partners and our internal sales teams, working collaboratively to accelerate deal cycles and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have the versatility to seamlessly adapt their expertise to both partner-led and direct sales motions, making them a cornerstone of our growth strategy.

What's in it for you

  • Partner Pre-Sales Support & Strategy : Drive the joint GTM strategy as a core member of the partner team. Lead the partner relationship from a presales perspective, offering comprehensive training, technical support, and strategic guidance to enable them to effectively sell our platform and the joint solution.
  • Deal Acceleration & Strategic Relationship Management : Accelerate deal cycles by becoming a trusted advisor to key stakeholders at both Mindtickle and partner organizations. Cultivate and maintain strong, high-level relationships, providing strategic and tactical support on top deals within the joint partner ecosystem. Lead discovery sessions, deliver high-impact product demonstrations, and craft compelling value propositions to drive deals to closure.
  • AI Solutions Expertise : Become the subject matter expert on joint AI-driven solutions, demonstrating their combined value and showcasing capabilities to partners and end customers. Stay abreast of market trends in AI and machine learning as they relate to revenue productivity.
  • Cross-Organizational Alignment & Product Strategy : Work closely with product marketing and product teams across both Mindtickle and the partner organization. This includes aligning on messaging, surfacing key customer insights, and providing direct feedback to influence the roadmap for the joint offering. Maintain a high level of visibility into the joint deal pipeline to inform strategy and execution.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience : A minimum of 5+ years of solution consulting / sales engineering experience and 3+ years of dedicated partner or channel-focused experience.
  • AI Expertise : A minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in selling or positioning AI-based solutions.
  • Strategic Acumen : A deep understanding of partner ecosystems, joint GTM motions, and complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset : Proven ability to understand prospect challenges and communicate practical, efficient solutions. A background in technical presales or sales engineering is not required for this role.
  • Exceptional Communicator : Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts as clear business value in senior-level engagements.
  • Proactive & Driven : A proactive and ownership-driven approach, with the ability to manage a high volume of deals and partner relationships strategically.
  • Adaptability : The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and a flexible schedule.
  • Pipeline Management : Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage visibility across the deal pipeline and provide key insights to stakeholders.

  • Technical certifications in AI or machine learning.
