Our rugs, cushions, and throws are woven on traditional handlooms, supporting the livelihoods of hand spinners and weavers in Haryana, India.We are committed to sustainability and preserving traditional weaving techniques while blending modern aesthetics with timeless craftsmanship.About the RoleWe are looking for an Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative, facility, and compliance functions across our five factory locations. The role will support both the Head of Operations and HR Manager , ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, audit readiness, and statutory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage administration and facility operations across all factory units and the head office.Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, and transport services.Maintain and renew statutory, social, ethical, and technical compliance records (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, CTPAT, etc.).Coordinate and prepare for buyer, third-party, and internal factory audits.Liaise with government departments, consultants, and certifying agencies for license renewals and inspections.Support HR and Operations teams with logistics, documentation, and staff facility management.Track audit corrective actions and ensure timely compliance closures.Maintain MIS and reporting systems for administrative and compliance functions.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).8–12 years of experience in administration and compliance within a manufacturing or export setup.Familiarity with factory compliance standards (BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, WRAP, etc.).Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and digital documentation systems.Ability to manage multi-site operations effectively.Key AttributesIntegrity, discipline, and attention to detail.Strong follow-up and accountability.Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
