• Design, implement, and maintain MDM and RDM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Define and execute data governance and data quality strategies.
• Configure and manage match-merge rules, survivorship logic, and cross-reference mappings to ensure creation of golden records.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define MDM operating models and implementation styles (registry, consolidation, coexistence, centralized).
• Develop and maintain data models, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
• Support data integration, cleansing, and migration activities.
• Monitor and improve data quality metrics and reporting.
• Provide training and support to data stewards and business users.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MDM and data governance.
