Job Description : BIM Modeler – Architect

Position Title : BIM Modeler – Architect

Location : Noida

Department : Architecture / Design

Reporting To : BIM Lead / Project Architect

Position Overview :

The BIM Modeler – Architect will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing architectural 3D models using BIM tools to support design, documentation, and coordination activities. The role requires strong technical skills in Revit and BIM workflows, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural projects using Revit and related tools.
Produce 2D drawings, 3D views, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines for clash detection and model integration.
Follow project BIM Execution Plans, company BIM standards, and protocols.
Support project teams in resolving modeling and technical issues.
Assist architects and designers with design iterations and visualizations.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of BIM models with project requirements.
Stay updated on BIM advancements, software updates, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience :

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk construction cloud platform

Expertise in creating Architecture drawings related to Hotels / Hospital and other residential / commercial / Industrial buildings.

Having knowledge of Architecture design related to Hospital and other residential / commercial / Industrial buildings.

Have experience in Architecture BIM modelling and Manage BIM models for Data centers / Hotels / Hospital and other residential / commercial / Industrial buildings.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Coordinate with Engineers team to resolve clashes

Knowledge of add-ins, like dynamo, pyrevit is added advantage

Minimum 5 years of proven experience with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Having experience in PyRevit, Di-roots is added advantage.
