HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition (US Shift)Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)Shift : US Shift (Night)Experience : 4–7 yearsAbout the Role : We’re seeking an experienced HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for open positions in India, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent.Key Responsibilities : - Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process- Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data accurately- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing effortsRequirements : - 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment, preferably for US clients- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.)- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work in US shift timings and in a fast-paced environment
