Participate in client engagements by providing corporate, partnership and individual tax services; devise, plan and execute tax strategies and research potential tax issues.Prepare and / or review returns for corporate, partnership, or individuals, including federal, foreign, state and local tax return, estimated payments and extensions.Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activitiesSupport Tax Staff in delivering including coaching and reviewing their workIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute towards implementing themQualifications :
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Commerce or Finance or similar required
- CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) preferred. If not a CPA (US) or CA (ICAI), must meet educational requirements to obtain the same upon hire in state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in US Taxation
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- Experience in corporate, partnership and individual taxation
- Motivated to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
- Experience in servicing multiple client engagements
- Creative problem solving and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven record of being a fast learner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
