Job description4-6 years of experience in CNC turning operations. Proficient in operating CNC lathes and related machinery. Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine setup. Experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with CAD / CAM software for programming CNC machines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-quality precision parts, ensuring that all production standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate parts.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings for optimal performance and precision.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during the machining process.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce waste.
