Senior Application Developer

Description

• Lead Design and Architecture : Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and robust software solutions, leveraging your deep technical expertise in backend systems.
• Ownership of Full Project Lifecycle : Drive projects from conception through implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Mentor and Develop Talent : Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting best practices in architecture, design, coding standards, and agile methodologies.
• Collaboration Across Teams : Work collaboratively with geographically distributed teams in a highly collaborative and ever-evolving environment. Engage with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver impactful products.
• Adhere to Engineering Standards : Ensure adherence to standard software engineering practices and advocate for coding excellence and continuous improvements.
• Drive Innovation : Push boundaries with creative solutions and adopt emerging technologies that can solve complex problems or enhance platform performance.
• Communicate Technical Decisions : Clearly articulate architectural challenges, solutions, and opportunities to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Skills Required :

Educational Background : B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent, with an excellent academic record.
