1. Alumni Relations Officer / LeadKey Responsibilities :

  • Relationship & Communication :
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with alumni and current students to foster a strong and connected alumni community.
  • Engage effectively with alumni, donors, faculty, and vendors through professional interpersonal communication.
  • Draft engaging written content for newsletters, reports, and social media platforms; represent the institution confidently at events.
  • Cultivate and manage networks to enhance alumni engagement, collaboration, and philanthropic contributions.
  • Event & Project Management :
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute alumni events — including reunions, homecoming programs, and fundraising functions.
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely execution and smooth coordination across stakeholders.
  • Fundraising & Development :
  • Support alumni-led fundraising campaigns and institutional advancement initiatives.
  • Engage with donors and potential sponsors to secure contributions and strengthen institutional support.
  • Data & Technology :
  • Maintain and update the alumni database (CRM) to track engagement and donations.
  • Use digital and social media channels effectively for communication, branding, and outreach.

Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, communications, or institutional advancement (mandatory).
  • 2. Admin Executives(For Departments such as Placement, Alumni Relations, Examinations, etc.)Key Responsibilities :

  • Organizational & Administrative :
  • Manage documentation, record-keeping, and departmental correspondence with accuracy.
  • Handle logistics, expense reports, and maintain organized office systems.
  • Exercise discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Technical & Operational :
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; maintain databases and filing systems.
  • Familiar with scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools.
  • Communication & Interpersonal :
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Provide courteous assistance to students, faculty, and visitors, ensuring a professional and supportive environment.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability :
  • Address operational challenges proactively and support the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks.
  • Adapt to dynamic institutional requirements and evolving priorities.
  • Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience required.
  • 3. Admissions Executives / Lead / Officers / CounselorsKey Responsibilities :

  • Recruitment & Counseling :
  • Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, explaining academic programs and eligibility.
  • Represent the institution at education fairs, school visits, and other promotional events.
  • Stay updated with admissions trends, recruitment strategies, and institutional offerings.
  • Communication & Relationship Building :
  • Communicate effectively across all channels — written, verbal, and digital.
  • Build relationships with schools, alumni, and educational partners to enhance admissions outreach.
  • Administrative & Technical :
  • Manage and process student applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy in data entry and tracking.
  • Use CRM and database tools to maintain applicant information and monitor recruitment metrics.
  • Analysis & Decision-Making :
  • Support evaluation of applications and assist in admissions recommendations.
  • Analyze data to identify enrollment trends and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Qualification & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–7 years of relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student recruitment.
