Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professor in the field of Pharmacology / Pharmaceutics at JKKN College of Pharmacy, located in Kumarapalayam,Near Erode. The professor will be responsible for engaging in teaching, mentoring, and supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students, facilitating impactful research initiatives, and staying updated with the latest advancements in pharmacological sciences. Additional responsibilities will include curriculum development, examination planning, publishing academic research, and contributing to the institution's thought leadership in the pharmaceutical sciences domain.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Pharmacology / Pharmaceutics, including the ability to teach and conduct research in this discipline
• Research and analytical skills, with experience in publishing academic papers and working on industry-aligned projects
• Effective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills to engage and support students
• Experience with curriculum development and knowledge of modern teaching methodologies
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques, pharmacological data analysis, and clinical research methodologies
• Minimum qualification of a Ph.D. in Pharmacology / Pharmaceutics or a related field;

teaching / research experience is highly desirable
