Role Type : Freelance (Project-Based)
Location : Remote
What you will do
- Perform Structural, Thermal, CFD, and Fatigue Analysis in ANSYS.
- Optimize designs made from steel, aluminum, and plastic materials .
- Run full simulation workflows : model cleanup, meshing, setup, solving, and reporting.
- Provide engineering insights to improve performance, safety, and manufacturability.
- Prepare detailed simulation reports with clear results and recommendations.
- Collaborate with our design team across robotics, consumer products, and industrial systems.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in ANSYS Workbench (Structural, Thermal, CFD, Fatigue).Solid foundation in mechanics of materials, heat transfer & fluid dynamics.Ability to independently handle end-to-end FEA / CFD projects.2–5+ years of experience OR a strong simulation portfolio.Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks is a plus).Nice to have
Experience with nonlinear, dynamic, or vibration analysis.Knowledge of DFM for sheet metal, plastic molding, machining, or casting.Background in robotics or industrial product design.What We Offer
