Mid - Senior ServiceNow Developers (BFSI Domain)

Blue Spire is looking for Mid - Senior ServiceNow Developers to help us expand and optimize our platform across multiple modules for our BFSI Client engagement . This is a role for someone who enjoys designing scalable, elegant solutions that drive real business value — in an environment where innovation, collaboration, and a bit of humor go hand in hand.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and develop across CSM, HR, IOP, ITOM, and Portal modules.
Build user-friendly, scalable workflows that solve real business problems.
Translate business requirements into maintainable, high-performance solutions .
Create and enhance Service Portal experiences for a modern, intuitive UI.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST / SOAP APIs .
Lead code reviews, share best practices , and mentor junior developers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
Stay current with ServiceNow updates and introduce innovative ideas.
Coach and guide junior developers within the ServiceNow team.

Required Skillset :

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong exposure to CSM, HR, IOP, ITOM , and Portal modules.

Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow Studio .

Proven experience designing scalable enterprise solutions across multiple modules.

Solid understanding of ITSM best practices ;

experience with ITOM, SecOps, or GRC is a plus.

Strong background in integrations (REST / SOAP, MID Server) .

Excellent communication skills with a team-first, problem-solving mindset .

Passionate about delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant ServiceNow solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Implementation Specialist (ITSM / ITOM / CSM) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.
