Our leadership team previously built HashedIn, a cloud services & solutions company acquired by Deloitte in 2021, now a cornerstone of Deloitte Engineering. With early funding established, Think41 is looking to assemble an all-star engineering team passionate about Gen AI tools and ecosystems.

Role summary :

Own end-to-end retail analytics (pricing, promos, assortment, demand, inventory, returns) and convert data into decisions through rigorous analysis, dashboards, and experiments. Partner with business, product, and engineering - and act as a decision gate for selective AI-agent actions.

Responsibilities :

• Own diagnostic and opportunity analyses across sales, margin, category / basket, stockouts / returns; recommend actions with quantified impact.
• Build / maintain executive-grade dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Looker); automate recurring reporting; ensure metric definitions are consistent.
• Design and evaluate A / B tests / quasi-experiments for pricing, promotions, CRM, and UX; communicate trade-offs and decision confidence.
• Write high-quality SQL / Python to wrangle large datasets; validate with robust checks and clear documentation.
• Partner with data engineering on data quality, definitions, lineage, and pipeline improvements; raise and track data issues to closure.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders with crisp narratives; drive decisions and follow through to measured outcomes.
