Corporate Finance Manager

Job descriptionLead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in collaboration with business units. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals. Develop and support annual strategic plans and long-term financial projections, integrating business drivers, industry trends, and growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver high-quality financial reports, management dashboards, and board-level presentations. Work on business plans, due diligence, and various transaction models including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address valuation methodologies and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations. Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and agile working capital management strategies. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA, CA, or MBA preferred Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or financial consulting Proven expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial report preparation Experience with valuation techniques, transfer pricing, and working capital optimization Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial planning software / tools is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills, being an effective team player, being able to work with individuals at all levels within the organization and building remote relationships. Excellent prioritization skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to multi-task. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field (MBA / CPA / CFA preferred). Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, innovative product-based company.
