Key Responsibilities :

• Compliance Management : Ensure full compliance with BSE, NSE, and SEBI requirements.
• Fundraising Initiatives : Manage Rights Issues, FPOs, Preference Shares, Bonds, and Debentures for listed entities.
• ESOP Administration : Handle ESOP management for the listed company.
• Board & General Meetings : Conduct and prepare for meetings, including drafting agenda papers, notices, and minutes.
• Secretarial Work : Manage end-to-end company secretary functions, including unlisted group companies’ secretarial matters.
• Leadership : Lead and mentor the team, demonstrating ownership attitude, team leadership, and strong collaboration skills.
