Atharva Realty is seeking an experienced Project Construction Head to manage multiple sites and ensure top-quality construction. Join us to lead our growing team and projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple project sites and all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
- Monitor RCC work, finishing quality, safety, and QA / QC standards
- Prepare and review project costing , Excel reports, and budgets
- Plan and execute project schedules, timelines, and manpower allocation
- Handle vendor / contractor management and negotiations with the purchase team
- Give technical guidance to ensure high construction quality
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms
- Provide weekly reporting , progress updates, and project reviews
- Lead, motivate, and guide the team working under you
