Job descriptionLead recruitment initiatives for faculty, administrative, and leadership positions. Oversee workforce planning, competency mapping, and succession planning. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent. Strengthen performance management systems to encourage continuous improvement. Lead Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives focused on faculty and staff capability-building. Develop leadership development programs and professional training modules. Oversee end-to-end HR operations, employee life cycle management, and payroll. Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and digital HR tools. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, university regulations, and accreditation requirements. Establish transparent and efficient HR processes for grievance redressal, employee relations, and policy governance. MBA in Human Resource Management / General Management from a recognized university. Ph.D. in HR / Management (Desirable). 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a university or educational institution (mandatory). Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, L&D, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation and manage digital HR systems.

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support institutional growth and academic excellence.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and policy formulation.
