Technical / Content Writer

Working Model : Hybrid (3 days work from office)

Position Objective

At Celsior Technologies, we are passionate about digital transformation and elevating the client experience. We are actively seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer with a deep understanding of the US insurance domain to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for translating complex technical offerings into clear, compelling, and valuable content for a diverse audience. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong background in writing for insurance software products and services.

Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a wide range of high-quality content, including :

• Content Development : Creating impactful solution briefs, capability documents, case studies, and detailed knowledge base articles.
• Client Engagement : Drafting business presentations and pitch decks that articulate our solution offerings and value propositions to clients and prospects.
• Strategic Messaging : Crafting Go-To-Market (GTM) narratives that clearly define our position and expertise in the market.
• Collaborative Communication : Working closely with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to capture and articulate complex technical and business information.
• Domain Expertise : Translating intricate insurance processes and software functionalities into concise and easily digestible material for various audiences.
• Digital Presence : Writing and editing social media posts, blog articles, and LinkedIn thought leadership pieces that enhance our brand's authority and promote our domain expertise.
• Content Management : Maintaining and organizing content repositories using tools like Confluence , SharePoint , or similar platforms, ensuring consistency and version control.
• Brand Alignment : Guaranteeing all content aligns with Celsior's brand tone, voice, and messaging standards.

Technical Skill Requirements

Education Graduate or equivalent

Experience 5 to 8 Years
