• Perform training needs analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
• Incorporate open-source technologies in the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.
• Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
• Create training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
