Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales Manager located in Meerut. The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, presenting financial solutions, and handling customer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.

• Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Market research and client identification skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial products such as savings, investments, loans, insurance, and pensions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
