Job Description

Description : Join our dynamic Data & AI practice as a Databricks Solutions Architect , where you’ll lead client-facing data transformation initiatives across industries.

You will guide high-performing teams to design and implement scalable data solutions leveraging Databricks and cloud-native tools. This role blends technical leadership with strategic oversight, shaping the future of data platforms for some of our most high-impact clients and guiding our teams in modern approaches and best practices.

You’ll have the opportunity to leverage the latest tools to enable our clients with modern, AI ready Data Platforms.

Our Databricks practice continues to go from strength to strength, having just been 5 partner of the year awards at Databricks 2025 Global Partner Awards, including Global Partner of the Year 2025 (for the seventh consecutive year!), and APJ Industry Leader Partner of the Year 2025.

Qualification

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional data engineering teams to deliver end-to-end Databricks solutions.
• Collaborate with clients and SMEs to architect scalable, secure, and efficient data platforms.
• Own project delivery, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution across cloud data engagements.
• Enforce best practices around data governance, observability, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging data technologies and promoting continuous learning.
