About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with deep expertise in voice technologies to design, develop, and deploy next-generation voice-driven applications. This role involves working on speech recognition, voice synthesis, and conversational AI systems , integrating them into enterprise applications, and enhancing user interactions through natural, human-like communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems.
  • Design and integrate voice-enabled applications, chatbots, and virtual assistants .
  • Implement NLP / NLU models for understanding intent and context in conversations.
  • Integrate voice technologies with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, contact centers, mobile apps).
  • Work with APIs (Google Speech, AWS Lex / Polly, Azure Cognitive Services) and open-source voice frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, product, engineering, UX) to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, latency optimization, and multilingual capabilities for voice applications.
  • Stay ahead of emerging Generative AI for voice (voice cloning, emotion modeling, real-time synthesis).

Requirements

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an AI / ML Engineer with a focus on voice technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), NLP, and NLU .
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as DeepSpeech, Kaldi, Whisper, Rasa, or Dialogflow .
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI / ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for voice integration.
  • Strong understanding of audio signal processing and real-time system optimization.
  • Ability to design scalable architectures for voice-enabled enterprise solutions .
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multilingual voice AI systems .
  • Knowledge of emotion detection, sentiment analysis, and personalization in voice AI .
  • Exposure to contact center AI solutions (Genesys, Five9, Twilio Flex).
  • Background in linguistics, HCI, or cognitive science is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
