Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional with proven experience in B2B industrial sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure with industrial and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads in target industries (manufacturing, automotive, chemical, pharma, textiles, etc.)
- Prepare and present proposals, techno-commercial offers, and solutions to clients
- Build strong client relationships and manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure
- Negotiate terms and finalize contracts in line with company policies
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project handover
Required Experience & Skills
2–10 years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial equipment (compressors, boilers, chillers, turbines, gensets) OR energy-efficiency solutions / industrial automationStrong track record in lead generation, proposal making, negotiation, and closureExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsEngineering or Business degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or equivalent)What We Offer
