Role Description

We are recruiting a versatile Founding Engineer to build Stellar’s hyper-personalized wealth management platform :

Take end-to-end ownership of our digital platform while navigating ill-defined problems

Rapidly prototype and deliver intuitive user experiences through iterative product experimentation and feedback loops

Collaborate with domain experts to build our agentic wealth manager

Implement engineering best practices : DevOps, security, automated testing, style standardization, etc

Continuously leverage AI assistance to boost creativity and product velocity

Preferred Background

Experience : 5+ years in software engineering (full-stack or AI)

Education : Strong academic background from premier institutions

Prior Roles : Proven zero-to-one experience of quickly shipping high-quality products in fintech / wealthtech startups

Mindset : AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward shipping

Bonus : Experience developing AI agents

Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above
