Job description

Experience Required :

  • 7- 10 Years into HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Rapid Authoring Tools, Animation LMS deployment.

Job Summary :

Leads the courseware development function, ensuring technical excellence, animation quality, and interactive engagement in final deliverables.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Architect and guide complex interactions and branching scenarios.
  • Oversee all media integrations including advanced audio sync, video overlays, and animations.
  • Provide creative direction for visual effects and animation sequences.
  • Optimize course performance across LMS platforms.
  • Troubleshoot development issues and mentor junior developers.
  • Manage development timelines and ensure output quality matches design intent.
  • Build SCORM-compliant courses in authoring tools (Storyline, Rise, Captivate).
  • Integrate audio narration, animation, closed captions, and interactive elements.
  • Edit and sync voiceovers, apply transitions, and clean audio using tools like Audacity / Adobe Audition.
  • Animate scenes using Vyond, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with IDs, graphic designers, and QA during development cycles.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or

    • related field.

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate.
  • Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Vyond, Camtasia
  • Audio / video editing, 2D animation, SCORM packaging
  • Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding and proficiency in the healthcare industry, encompassing its systems, processes, and
