Salesforce Developer

Experience :

5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Key Skills :

Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, (Nice to have knowledge of Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud).

Experience with CI / CD processes for Salesforce development

Strong experience with Salesforce platforms, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST / SOAP APIs. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools (e.xg., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flow).

Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and version control practices.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, LWC, and Aura Components.

Nice to Have Experience W.r.t Agentforce

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Develop and manage custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following Salesforce development best practices.

Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.

Manage and support Salesforce deployment processes (e.g., using Change Sets, Salesforce DX).

Ensure proper data quality and integrity by creating triggers and batch jobs.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.

Support Salesforce releases, handle system updates, and resolve production issues.

Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.

Keep up to date with Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

Key Certifications

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
