Overall Experience : 8+ years (atleast 3+ years in L3)

Skills : Storage Administration, Mainframe , ITIL Processes

Requisites :

• Provide L2 / L3 level support for Storage in a mission-critical banking environment.
• Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using runbooks.
• Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents.
• Execute backups / restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.
• Escalate to L2 / L3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
• Strong documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
