We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager – Government Division to drive business growth in government projects related to IT / ITES, Surveillance, and System Integration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with government clients, handling tenders, and building strong stakeholder relationships in the public sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales and revenue growth in government projects within IT / ITES, Surveillance, and System Integration domains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, and related stakeholders.
- Identify upcoming tenders, RFPs, and government opportunities and prepare strategies for participation.
- Lead end-to-end government sales cycles, including tender participation, negotiations, and closure.
- Ensure compliance with government processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in IT / ITES, Surveillance, or System Integration projects (government exposure preferred).Strong understanding of government tendering processes and vendor empanelments.Experience in handling large-scale government projects / tenders will be an added advantage.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.Location : Delhi / Mumbai / Bhopal / Raipur / Ahmedabad
