Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop visual concepts and campaign ideas for social media.
Design and produce engaging content including Instagram Reels & short-form videos.
Translate brand guidelines into creative executions that resonate with Dakshinam Sarees’ audience.
Stay updated on social media trends (especially Reels formats, viral hook structures, and emerging design aesthetics) to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Support the creative team in preparing assets for campaigns, lookbooks, and online / offline brand collaterals as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Communication Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects) or equivalent tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Figma).
Strong understanding of social media design trends, video editing, and motion graphics.
Creative eye for aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
Ability to adapt quickly, work under direction, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience or portfolio showcasing social media content and Reels will be an added advantage.
