About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and relationship-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute influencer-led campaigns across beauty, skincare, and lifestyle categories.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with influencer marketing agencies, managing creators, and driving campaigns that amplify brand storytelling and visibility. You’ll be the central link between our internal marketing team, partner agencies, and influencers—ensuring every collaboration reflects our brand’s premium tone and delivers tangible results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative strategy, relationship management, and flawless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency & Influencer Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison between the brand and influencer marketing agencies, ensuring seamless communication, clear deliverables, and smooth campaign execution.
• Work with multiple agencies to identify, vet, and onboard influencers that align with brand values, tone, and audience goals.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, product shipments, content approvals, posting schedules, and performance tracking with both agencies and internal teams.
• Ensure influencer-generated content upholds the brand’s premium and aesthetic standards across all touchpoints (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage influencer contracts, payments, and compliance documentation.
