Immediate Start : DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in

product startup environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud

infrastructure, containerization, and automation technologies with a proven track

record of scaling systems in fast-paced startup environments.

Requirements

1. 4-6 years of experience specifically in product and / or startup environments

2. Proven experience building and scaling infrastructure from ground up

3. Experience working in agile, fast-paced development cycles

4. Must-Have Technical Skills

5. Cloud & Infrastructure

6. Cloud Platforms : Hands-on experience with GCP and / or AWS

7. Kubernetes : Expertise in managing 10+ microservices clusters in production

8. Helm : Proficient in Kubernetes package management and deployments

9. Terraform : Strong experience in infrastructure as code and automation

10. Networking : Solid understanding of network concepts, protocols, and implementation

Operating Systems & Programming

1. Linux : Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems administration

2. OS Fundamentals : Deep knowledge of CPU scheduling and memory management

3. Programming : Intermediate level skills in Python OR Go-lang with production experience

4. Shell Scripting : Advanced scripting capabilities for automation

5. Data Structures : Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures

DevOps & Operations

1. CI / CD Pipelines : Experience designing and implementing continuous integration / deployment

2. Docker : Proficient in containerization and writing Dockerfiles

3. Database Administration : Experience with database management and operations

4. Production Experience : Proven track record managing live production systems

5. SaaS Applications : Experience handling distributed SaaS environments

Monitoring & Observability

1. Prometheus & Grafana : Hands-on experience with setup, configuration, and usage

2. Experience monitoring microservices and distributed systems

Additional Technologies

1. CI / CD : Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines

2. Service Mesh : Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, etc.)

3. MongoDB : Knowledge and operational experience

4. Ansible : Configuration management experience
